UX/UI Designer

  • Analyze user requirements and suggest solutions
  • Develop and present wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes and user-testing for the web site and responsive and mobile projects
  • Present design solutions to management and project stakeholders;
  • Facilitate usability test to evaluate product performance
  • Collaborate with the development team to deliver the product that align with the business goals and user needs

Brands Manager

  • Assist in new product launch based on market trend and consumer insight for China Market
  • Assist in developing promotion campaign in accordance to the brand strategy
  • Analyze business trends and conduct market research in achieving sales and market share targets
  • Compile regular business reports and presentations for management’s review
  • Provide marketing supports to sales and operations team
  • Any other ad hoc projects assigned by the Management

China Marketing Strategist

  • Set and provide digital marketing / social media insights / content strategy and strategic direction that optimize consumer journey and translate insights and business opportunities into actionable plans for the China market
  • Lead the digital team to enhance digital infrastructure development and manage digital owned and 3rd party platforms
  • Drive the digital team to maintain a pulse on the changing consumer insights, social media landscape, digital technology trends, and upcoming digital marketing opportunities
  • Analyze and track the performance and effectiveness of digital marketing and social media campaigns, identify the area of improvement from both creative and media investment perspectives. Lead digital marketing analysis and best practice sharing across the teams periodically.
  • Manage and define work scope of digital and social media agencies and the digital team to ensure creative, production and media resources are of optimal efficiency, creativity and flexibility to achieve KPIs.
